Things we've done

  • Ascential Dance adopted LeGault Reservoir in Broomfield and hosts monthly Trash-A-Thons to keep the park clean. We have 'had' the park for 8 years in 2016!
  • We raised over $1,000 for our Nicaraguan programs in 2015!
  • Volunteered over 100 clean-up hours from June 08-June 09
  • Our scholarships students Kaylen Compton and Mary Haydon received full tuition scholarships with funds donated at our concession sale at l:Begin Ag@in:l and private donations. (2008)
  • Students, professional company members and directors voulnteered for 6 hours at Broomfield Days in September 2008.  We handed out promotional materials and accepted donations for cookies and lemonade.  Students presented a short demonstration on the PERFORMING ARTS stage.
  • Professional company members perform for little or no salary because they are dedicated to dance education and preservation.  In its first year Ascential Dance Theatre Colorado performed 10 shows for free for the Denver/Boulder communities.
